Cancellations

To cancel an order you need to sign in to My Account and use the Message Centre to send a cancellation notice selecting the order number you wish to cancel.

Alternatively please send an email to shop@oufcshop.co.uk quoting your order number. Your cancellation notice is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail notification.

We will cancel the order provided it has not already been despatched.
